Group visit

Is your group ready to experience ÃÛÁÄÖ±²¥ City University?

Thank you for your interest in ÃÛÁÄÖ±²¥ City University! We look forward to seeing you on campus and want to ensure you make the most of your ÃÛÁÄÖ±²¥ City University Campus Experience. If you plan to visit ÃÛÁÄÖ±²¥ City University with eight or more students, please review the following policies before requesting a visit. If you have any questions or concerns about scheduling your group visit, please contact Grace Helton, Campus ÃÛÁÄÖ±²¥ and Events Manager, at [email protected] or 405-208-5055.

Group visits are available Monday through Friday with the exception of some blackout dates. We do not offer group visits on Saturdays or Sundays. We ask that you submit your preferred visit date as well as two alternate dates using the online Group Campus ÃÛÁÄÖ±²¥ Request form. We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, due to overlapping requests or staff limitations, we may not be able to schedule your visit on one of your requested dates. To provide the best visit experience, we limit our group size to 40 students with four chaperones.

All groups with students must provide one adult chaperone for every 10 students. Campus tours will be led by current ÃÛÁÄÖ±²¥ City University students and chaperones are asked to accompany these tours. ÃÛÁÄÖ±²¥ City University reserves the right to cancel the campus tour if enough chaperones are not available.

We ask you to submit the online Group Campus ÃÛÁÄÖ±²¥ Request form at least two weeks in advance of your proposed visit day. The visit will be confirmed by the Office of Undergraduate Admissions via an email that provides you with the date, time and arrival location for your group visit. Groups who do not show for a scheduled visit or cancel within 24 hours of their visit day will be reviewed prior to future group visit requests.

Your group will be doing a lot of walking during its time on campus. Campus visits are approximately 1 to 3 hours depending on the size and the requests of the group. Please encourage everyone in your group to wear comfortable clothing and shoes. We also encourage to you check the local weather a day or two prior to your visit to see if other items are needed, such as an umbrella or jacket. If your group would like to eat lunch on campus in our cafeteria for a discounted cost of lunch is $6.50 per person (with tax-exempt status) or $8 per person (without tax-exempt status). Please make arrangements in advance with Grace Helton, Campus ÃÛÁÄÖ±²¥ and Events Manager, at [email protected] or 405-208-5055. Checks should be made payable to the ÃÛÁÄÖ±²¥ City University, or we can arrange for invoice billing.

We ask your group to respect ÃÛÁÄÖ±²¥ City University and its students, faculty, staff and grounds. Failure to do so may result in an early conclusion to the campus visit and review upon future campus visit requests.
